  I have found Happy Homes Management to be a good rental management company. They put in the effort to make sure that rentals are kept in good condition and viable for the local Charleston market. They are proactive in their communication in keeping me apprise of what is going on with my rentals. I do appreciate them working to find creative solutions for complicated scenarios when rental upkeep and repairs to don't fall into place as expected. Keep up the good work. William V

  Happy Homes is great !!!! i do the carpet cleaning for them everyone is very helpful and the jobs run flawless. The property manger Megan is allways on her A game .

  I've been partnering with Happy Homes for the past 2 years, and I truly couldn't ask for a better company to work with. Ron and his team (Bill, Shelby, Megan, Laura, Britton and Julia) are complete professionals and clearly take pride in what they do. They keep their properties in top notch condition, communicate clearly and promptly, and make every project run smoothly from beginning to end. They're always responsive and a genuine pleasure to work with. It's been wonderful getting to know the whole team and I'm looking forward to many more years of working together.   Happy Homes Property Management Team is AMAZING! They truly stand out from the rest! We started working with Shelby and Ron in 2023 as a vendor. What we appreciate about them is their care level and attention to detail, professionalism and overall kindness! Since 2023, Happy Homes has brought on more property managers that we have had the pleasure of working with first hand (Megan & Julia) and a superb maintenance manager (Bill). Each addition to the Happy Homes team has made Happy Homes even greater! As a vendor for Happy Homes, we see a lot of their properties. They manage these homes with care, truly as if it were their own home. They do not cut corners and they have high standards when preparing properties for the market or for the next tenant. They really care about the property owners and the tenants renting the properties. They listen to the maintenance concerns tenants may have and address them quickly. Happy Homes is a great group of professionals that will take good care of you and your property!!
