Move-in and move-out were super easy, and the management team was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The location is also a huge plus—right on Maybank Highway and close to pretty much everything. It made getting around so convenient, whether we were heading downtown, grabbing groceries, or just going out to eat. Overall, it really felt like home, and we’re so glad we chose to live there. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to rent!

However, her house is not ready yet, leaving me alone without the help of my daughters only to find that most business here is conducted on the phone or laptop. I keep going down to Shawn Denny to help me with everything that had to be down or up loaded or down loaded on my phone. I couldn’t believe how pleasant and helpful he was to me. I enjoy the amenities of the Standard while my house is being built, but mostly the help I have received from Shawn. I would recommend the Standard to anyone looking for an apartment.
