Infested with fleas and cockroaches. This is the most disgusting and unsafe apartment complex i’ve seen in my life. The apartment sends an exterminator weekly for the cockroaches but sadly this hasn’t helped since the entire complex is infested.
Regarding the fleas…. I have bites all over my body and the place is infested. Not just our unit, but neighbors have all said the same. We reported this to the apartment and they didn’t care. They said we have to pay $100 if we want them to remove the fleas…..this has to be a joke right? We do not have pets, the fleas are not from us. They are from this disgusting complex that should be shut down and fined.
**** Guess what. If we don’t pay $100 to have the fleas removed, the apartment won’t and the next person who moves in will be living in a flea infested apartment too.
I just found out that the last tenant in our unit also had an infestation problem and moved out. Instead of solving the problem they moved us right on in.
Who is going to pay my medical bills ??? I’m sick from all the bites and diseases the fleas are giving me.
This place is disgusting, the assistant manager is unwilling to help and can care less, and this place is a complete joke.
I WOULD NOT live here if it was free. Along with all this the place is outdated, old appliances, and the windows are all sealed shut so you can’t open your windows, similar to prison.
This is as close to “the projects” you’re going to find.

If you are looking for somewhere to swim or sunbathe on a warm day like today- this place is not it. The pool has been closed for 3 months. My days off are depressing now. Rained all summer and now we finally have a beautiful month and no where to sun bathe, grill or swim.

I have lived in the Palms almost a year and have had no issues. The front office people are always welcoming and willing to help me with any questions. I have not any maintenance issues and all my neighbors are very friendly.
