- LRlexi rNov 6, 20251.0After switching management, I promise you don't want to rent here. Utilities can rack up to almost over 200 dollars by itself just from Conservice (they charge for water, sewage, general area electric, trash, pest, and parking has also been increased)- which, under Greystar, was about 50-70 dollars. I had a water leak and mold issue which management took 2 weeks to resolve, which they also tried to blame on me and not reimburse ANY part of the rent for that month until I threatened small claims court. I pay my own rent but they wouldn't respond to my emails until my dad got involved and had to email them about said leak. If you're not on the top floor- you WILL hear your upstairs neighbors clear as day. The buildings are built terribly, with no sound insulation. They're extremely inefficient and it's not worth it. I live in a studio, and for what I'm paying, I know (and am) finding somewhere much more worth my living space and time.

They will avoid answering emails and phone calls because they cannot handle the work load given to them. If you want competent management look elsewhere
