  I LOVE LIVING HERE!! The leasing office staff is sooo sweet and willing to help us out any way they can. The property is clean, well-maintained, and I feel so safe. The amenities are also a huge plus, everything from the clubhouse to the gym, I've really enjoyed my stay here so far!

  Absolutely love this apartment! The space is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a great layout that truly feels like home. Everything is well-maintained, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the property. The amenities are a huge bonus—top-notch gym, beautiful common areas, and convenient features that make everyday living easy and enjoyable. The building is quiet, secure, and in a great location close to everything you need. Overall, it’s been an amazing living experience, and I couldn’t recommend this apartment and its amenities more highly!

  I can’t say enough good things about this property and its staff. They consistently go above and beyond to provide high-quality customer service and genuinely care about their residents. One moment that really stood out to me was during finals week, when stress levels are at their highest, the staff surprised residents with stress relief bags filled with thoughtful items like bubble wrap, eye patches, candy, and other goodies. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that helped me relax, refocus, and feel supported while studying for my finals. That level of care and attention makes a huge difference, and it truly sets this property apart. Highly recommend!

  Living at The Lex has been an absolute game-changer! The energy here is incredible, and you truly cannot beat the location—being so close to both campus and downtown makes daily life so convenient. The amenities, especially the pool and the study lounges, are top-tier. If you’re looking for a modern, social, and well-maintained place in Lexington, this is it!

  Completely terrible. The wifi goes out at least twice a week sometimes for days. Every other apartment complex near UK has somewhat cleared the ice by now. Not here. We spent months being told the were working on a door to the outside that still remains unlocked. The pool was supposed to be open in May last year and didn’t open til July. Rent has increased like anything has improved. It hasn’t. Don’t live here
