- VMVictoria MabeJan 24, 20261.0I was really disappointed with my experience here. The biggest red flag is the constant turnover of staff, it feels like there’s someone new every time you need help. Because of that, service is inconsistent and issues rarely get followed through. It’s frustrating when basic customer service (something you’re paying a premium for) isn’t reliable. I do want to note: Sean and Toby go out of their way to mitigate any maintenance issues and have been great, but upper management clearly struggles to get it together. Overall, the management experience doesn’t match the image they try to present. I wouldn’t recommend this property if good service and stability matter to you.
