  These apartments are beautifully remodeled! Krysta is absolutely amazing! She is super helpful and sweet! She made our moved from Colorado to be such an easy transition!

  I love Sawgrass! My renovated apartment is so cozy and nice, there is a pool, and the maintenance crew keeps everything in excellent condition. Meagan, krysta, and Troy are so helpful if you ever need a battery fixed or are locked out! Very nice residents and convenient to downtown! Also, the price for a single apartment with such a great location is hard to beat!

  After living in the same apartment for 4 years and dealing with continuous leaks from the roof my daughters health plummeted and when the torrential downpours happened at the beginning of October my daughters ceiling fell in and mold was everywhere on her clothing bedding and and even in the dining room above where we live and eat. My daughter hasn't slept in her room for almost a month and now they will not renew our lease and won't relocate us to a different apartment. Negligence at its finest.
