- SGScott GriggAug 3, 20254.0Been here for six months. Love the place. Maintenance on the grounds is excellent and when you have a maintenance problem it is taken care of pronto! It's obvious to me that the company that owns/runs this place knows what they are doing. On the downside they have a no smoking rule here. Of course nobody follows it and the management doesn't really enforce it. They actually have to see or smell it and of course they aren't here in the evenings so...well you can figure out how that works, LOL.

- JWJenna WaltersMay 9, 20194.0Megan and Krista in the office are amazing, kind, and will go out of their way for any resident. If I can give them 10 stars I would! The location and office girls are the reason we stay at Sawgrass. The maintenance crew does a great job at getting things fixed quickly. My only compliant would be that the pool isn't opened for more then 3-4 months a year. It stays hot through October and it's an inconvenience when you have to sit in beach traffic just to cool off. We hope this year that the owners allow the pool to stay opened for a longer period of time instead of closing it early like last year.
