  I’ve enjoyed my time here at Proximity!! my previous apartment I didnt live in the best area where i dealt with a ton of surrounding noise and the smell of weed and cigarettes filled the halls. Proximity has been a complete turnaround from that experience. I feel very safe here. I love that its a smoke free community and how quiet it is, as well as the gym and pool area a short walk away. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating upon my fiancé and I moving in. Living here has given me a lot of peace and I thank Proximity for providing a comfortable living environment for us.

  They will nickel and dime you on fees or if you make any mistakes. ie maybe it was just my neighbor but if you leave garbage to the side of your garbage for more than an hour (it took), they’ll charge you $25 per bag, etc. Neighbor left a rude note without knocking and simply being mature and knocking on the door saying any noise that was supposedly “too loud” would have been the smarter solution imo. Little things like that time to time. And kind of expensive for the area, but supposedly cause it is a new complex. Staff is very nice though, so no negative reviews there.

  I couldn’t be happier with choosing proximity! My roomate and I were hoping we loved it in person as much as we did online. When we visited, we fell in love instantly and didn’t want to continue our apartment tours to other places because we were so set on Proximity! Thank you to the staff, especially Leanna who helped tremendously!! We appreciate it so much and are so excited about choosing Proximity.
