  I’ve enjoyed my time here at Proximity!! my previous apartment I didnt live in the best area where i dealt with a ton of surrounding noise and the smell of weed and cigarettes filled the halls. Proximity has been a complete turnaround from that experience. I feel very safe here. I love that its a smoke free community and how quiet it is, as well as the gym and pool area a short walk away. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating upon my fiancé and I moving in. Living here has given me a lot of peace and I thank Proximity for providing a comfortable living environment for us.

  Due to management, I have not been able to sleep through the night for almost an entire year. Despite multiple calls, texts, emails, and office visits in regards to resolving a disruptive neighbor, not a single thing has been resolved. Management pushed and made it my own issue to deal with time and time again. I have never been treated with such distain and dismissiveness in my entire life, especially by a management company. The constant stomping and shaking off the walls throughout the day/night for a year has left me absolutely hopeless. My health has greatly suffered due to this. Many nights I have had to leave to stay elsewhere due to the constant noise. If you value quality of life, I would never recommend to live here. Which is unfortunate because the facility is beautiful and clean, however management could not care less about you. Would not recommend living here to my worst enemy, and cannot wait for my lease to be up. This pains me to write as I do not leave negative reviews. Please, think twice before renting here.

  great community with even better staff. Moved here recently and so happy with the choice I made. They have great resident events and amazing amenities. They really care about their residents!!!!!! *If you're looking for a place to live, go in and talk to Leanna. Tell her David sent ya!

  If I could give less than one star, I would. PRG real estate, which runs this apartment complex now, does NOT tell you anything in advance. I was forced to move out of state due to unforeseeable medical circumstances, and they gave me a paper to sign stating what I owed for early termination. After this was signed and I moved, they gave me a totally different number, which was DOUBLE what they stated previously. When I contacted PRG to find out why, they were rude, disrespectful, and basically didn’t care that staff mislead me. Please, DO NOT move here. Live literally anywhere else. Company and all of its staff are dirty. Do not treat people like human beings. PRG is an awful company.

  I recently moved in and am loving it here! The office and maintenance are amazing with helping with issues and completing working orders quickly. Love the pool area and dog wash station.
