  We are incredibly grateful to Lynn Snyder for everything she did to make our real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. As a military family selling our home from out of state, we truly needed someone we could trust to handle things on our behalf, and Lynn went above and beyond from start to finish. She took care of every detail—meeting with buyers, coordinating with the appraiser and lender, and keeping everything moving forward—so we never felt out of the loop.   I cannot express how grateful I am to have met and worked with Brooke! Living in New England and trying to shop & buy a house in the south is challenging & stressful in itself so having a dedicated Realtor is a must. When I started looking for a realtor in February, I reached out to 3 different companies. Brooke was the first and only one to pick up the phone to speak with me, looking to understand what I am looking for in my first home. She heard, supported, fought, and delivered every step of the way. The first time we met, we also met my builder sales team representative who was unversed in the product she was selling and struggled to answer our simple questions. Brooke immediately got us connected with someone else on the team to work with on this process. She stayed on top of them through the whole 10 month process with getting answers and resolutions. She recommended me to rockstar Mortgage Broker, Lawyers, Inspector, and Insurance Broker. They all worked together with me to get everything we needed done; even kept the builders & HOA accountable. When things didn’t go right, Brooke sent direct correspondence to the parties involved to fight for my best interests. If you are looking for an agent who will be your right hand, your biggest supporter, your fighter, then don’t look any farther and call Healthy Realty. I couldn’t have done it without Brooke.

  I have never been in contact with this company but they somehow have my info and will not stop texting or emailing me. What’s particularly sneaky is that I HAVE used her husband’s ENT office. I’ve asked to be removed from their list and am still getting emails! Update: I have asked 2 more times to have my contact information removed and I am still being contacted!

  My name is not Adam, and this company will not leave me alone! They are carpet bombing me with text and phone calls. I did not sign up on their website, but they seem to think I did. They are just way too aggressive. Perhaps someone called "Adam" used my phone number. I don't know and don't care. I just want them to leave me alone. Please don't use this company that can't leave people alone. Update: if you want the company to leave you alone, just leave a bad review! I was promised by 3 associates that I would be removed from the list, but it did not work. Nothing quite like bad publicity to get results. A little advice: Make it easy for people to get off your list, and you will not get a bad review. Update2: I texted stop like you required but I am still getting messages. Can't you fix this? You have promised multiple times to fix it, but nothing gets done.

  Brittany and Healthy Realty are simply the best. My wife and I were relocating from out of state and needed to purchase a home fast. We worked with another realtor who was non responsive and didn’t want to view homes on our behalf. My wife googled realtors that were located in Charleston and we called Mikki/Healthy Realty on Sunday night. She picked up immediately and we told her what we needed. Within the hour she emailed us available homes and Brittany called me on Monday. That week Brittany viewed 5 homes for us while we FaceTimed. She also answered calls and emails from 7am to 11pm. She made the process less stressful in this crazy market and we were able to purchase a great home the same day it went on the market because Brittany agreed to go view it for us last minute. My wife and I have referred to Brittany as the hardest working woman in Charleston because she’s amazing at what she does and makes you feel like her only client.
