  My family was trying to find a rental home while living out of state and Happy Homes was very helpful. They quickly responded to my initial enquiry and gave us a video tour of the property so we could make a quick decision from afar. So far our experience has been great. Update: after actually moving into the home the experience with happy homes has been a complete disaster. Apparently once they have your money the customer service goes out the window. I could not be more UNHAPPY. There are deep urine stains and smells on both the second and third floor and both stairwells. Including our 10 month olds room who has been sleeping in a pack in play in a bathroom because of the urine smells. On top of this the entire house interior and exterior is just dirty and gross. The outside looks like it hasn’t been power washed in 10 years and has dirt buildup and mildew stains everywhere. The inside is just dirty even though we were told multiple times it was professionally cleaned. We hired our own cleaner who within 5 minutes of being here stated there was no room in this house that has been professionally cleaned. Happy homes was notified of our concerns on Tuesday and has made zero effort to rectify the situation, other than sending an email saying they were sorry. They have ignored our calls emails and texts regarding the situation. We have been forced to incur costs to rent a hotel for our guests helping us move, hire our own cleaning service and urine specialist carpet cleaning service to attempt to make the home livable. Additionally are unable to unpack 90% of the home because the carpet, molding, and drywall and possibly sub flooring needs to be replaced due to urine damage. The second and third floors are largely inhabitable at this point. Of course none of this was shown to us in the virtual tour. At this point in time there is no resolution in sight and we having started to look for a new home to rent in the area after only being in the state for three days. I have been traveling and renting for 15 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Happy thanksgiving!!

  Bill Davy is a rockstar! I had an issue with my water bill being too high! Bill was able to get plumbers to fix the issue and told me the best way to have the water company reverse the charges. It worked!!! Thanks Bill! :)
