The townhomes themselves are beautifully designed, incredibly spacious for a rental, and thoughtfully laid out — the two-car garage has been a huge bonus. The quality of the finishes and the overall upkeep of the community have exceeded our expectations. I also want to highlight the property manager, Joseph, who has been exceptional. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Any question or need we’ve had has been handled quickly and with a great attitude, which makes such a difference when you’re settling into a new place. The resident community here has been wonderful as well — friendly and respectful — which has made living here feel even more like home.

I chose this neighbourhood and rental to move into.Joseph who is the property manager continues to make this transition form a home buyer to renter amazingly smooth! And so dog friendly and perfect location!

The staff is super helpful and friendly, the townhomes are well designed and the layouts are great, and it's in a great location. Gym with lockers/showers, pool, conference rooms, game room for the kids, a dock for fishing are all right here and included. Very happy with the new place.
