  We’ve been living at Fenland Townhomes since July while searching for our permanent home after relocating from the PNW, and it has truly been the perfect landing spot for our family. The townhomes themselves are beautifully designed, incredibly spacious for a rental, and thoughtfully laid out — the two-car garage has been a huge bonus. The quality of the finishes and the overall upkeep of the community have exceeded our expectations. I also want to highlight the property manager, Joseph, who has been exceptional. He is responsive, proactive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Any question or need we’ve had has been handled quickly and with a great attitude, which makes such a difference when you’re settling into a new place. The resident community here has been wonderful as well — friendly and respectful — which has made living here feel even more like home.

  The neighborhood is peaceful and well-maintained, with a welcoming, community feel that’s perfect for anyone looking to settle into the island lifestyle. Whether commuting into Charleston or staying local, the access here is unbeatable.

  I moved to the Fenland four months ago and it is a perfect townhouse community from the neighbours to the staff. Everybody is always willing to help and I’m so happy. I chose this neighbourhood and rental to move into.Joseph who is the property manager continues to make this transition form a home buyer to renter amazingly smooth! And so dog friendly and perfect location!
