  I would give zero stars if I could. We lived in these apartments for 2 years and all I can say is…. Worst experience of my life. We were out of A\C for 3 months in the height of Charleston summer and they kept giving excuse after excuse as to why we did not have it fixed yet. It was over 90 degrees in our apartment at one point. Our carpets were not new when we moved in yet we were charged for carpet replacement when we moved because they were not in “the same condition”. Well they were not new when we moved in and already had stains but since we did not fill out the form stating that they were not new at move in, we were charged anyways. Constant issues with maintenance coming in to our apartment without notice. Lots of drug related crimes and neighbors reported people breaking into cars, we even had a drug related shooting that killed someone in our building. I waited until we moved out of the community as a whole before posting this review. I hope it’s improved with the new school next door and newer apartment homes but it was a nightmare for us. Truthfully hope they have gotten better. But if you’re reading this and thinking about living here, you have a heads up.

  We have been here for a year and a half, and have had nothing but the best when it comes to the office and maintenance. In fact, I came here specifically to write a great review about the tech, Mark. He comes within hours of a call, and doesn't leave without finishing the job, and going above and beyond. I have never seen emergency calls answered so quickly! We feel so lucky to be here, and hope to be here for a long time! -Erica Bales

  Do not waste your money applying here. I went in over a month ago paid $100 for application fees and have not heard anything back other than they were considering putting me on their wait list. Even though before I pay the $100 I was told that they had two apartments that were available now to move in tomorrow this was over a month ago. No one will return my calls no one will even respond to my emails that are professional. do not waste your money here they will just fraud you out of your money.
