  We had to leave the area unexpectedly, and in a hurry due to a job change. I had no plans to leave. I needed an agent that could make it rain, and was able to take reins and be hands on. But not only my house, I needed to sell my parents house and move them as well. Molly Sims took charge and was everything I needed, and more. She told us what she would do, how she would price it, and how long it would take her to sell it. She sold my parents house on the first or second day on the market, which outperformed expectations. She sold my house- in the middle of a pandemic, no excuses, always positive, straightforward and honest, when she said she would, for as much as she said she would. One of the hardest working agents you will find, works all hours of the day & night, and takes care of business. A true gem. Thanks Molly!

  Molly is very professional and knows how to get things done when dealing with difficulties that arise in buying or selling a home. She keeps you informed and follows up on details in the process. I am from out of the area and I chose Molly based on the positive reviews that I read. Molly will be my agent in the years to come.

  Molly Sims helped me sell a home in Ballentine, SC, and I really appreciated her eye in getting it on the market. She worked with me to move and stage furniture for the all-important photos, and had much expertise to ease my worries during the process. Would definitely give her five stars!!
