We did our research and after watching videos, We knew we made the right choice. As of now they have the same home on the lot so you'll be able to tour this home. I fell in love with this home because of the space and a lot more things. My sales person was Jonathan and he has been phenomenal. His customer service is top-tier and he assisted us Through the whole process. We appreciate you, Jonathan, though the process was very tedious we were able to be in our home for the holiday. I also want to thank the whole team at Clayton of Cayce for your Assistance in this process as well. They wouldn’t discuss any options with me Zack at Cayce says this is “normal” Lizzy the sales person had me call the insurance company KNOWING it wasn’t covered for them the inspect the foundation. I contacted a company for a free estimate and they reported Clayton builders improperly installed my home and used cheap wood. Do not buy for Clayton if all locations use the same builders

I know things happen but a phone call with an update here and there would be great. The work they contract out to other businesses is so punctual and their customer service is A1. My home is complete except what the home center need to fix from the move. They are the only hold up. I would love to be in it for the holidays. Will update once they come finish up.
