  If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with Clayton Homes of Cayce was nothing short of incredible, and that is 100% because of Jonathan. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond in ways that are honestly hard to put into words. This was never just a “sale” to him — he genuinely cared about us, our needs, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. He took his time, answered every question, never made us feel rushed, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. What really sets Jonathan apart is his character. He is honest, patient, and truly invested in the people he works with. You can tell immediately that he’s not in this just to make money — he’s in it to help people, and that makes all the difference. Because of him, we now have our dream home, and we felt confident every single step of the way. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Billy, the manager. He stepped in during a situation he didn’t have to, and that showed us exactly what kind of company this is. He made sure we felt supported, heard, and taken care of — and that kind of customer service is rare these days. Clayton Homes of Cayce didn’t just meet our expectations — they completely exceeded them. Choosing them was one of the best decisions we’ve made, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. If you go here, ask for Jonathan. You will not regret it.

  Jonathan at the Cayce SC office is absolutely amazing he is doing so much for us and went out of his way to help us get into our house.

  I just closed on my house today. If you plan to purchase a home, work with Jonathan Murphy. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely transparent and responsive throughout the entire process. I couldn’t have asked for a better process or person to work with. His boss Billy is pretty awesome to work with too. I highly recommend both of them.
