First off, parking is a nightmare. If you’re not home before 9pm up to about 5am—good luck finding a space anywhere near your unit. It’s completely unacceptable for a complex this size not to have adequate parking for its residents. When I moved in, the apartment was filthy. I'm talking dust, grime, and evidence that no one had properly cleaned it before handing over the keys. It felt like I was moving into someone else’s mess—not a "renovated" unit as advertised. Speaking of renovations, don’t be fooled by the unit they show you during your tour. That apartment is a bait-and-switch. You’re told you’ll be getting a “renovated” space, but what you actually get is a barely-updated unit with some cosmetic changes at best. Meanwhile, you’re still being charged the full price for a premium apartment. It's incredibly misleading. Maintenance is another major issue. Repairs are clearly done by untrained workers, and it shows. Fixes are temporary at best and often make the problems worse. It feels like they’re cutting corners wherever they can. This place looks decent on the surface, but once you’re locked into a lease, the reality sets in. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
