- JPJenna POct 15, 20251.0I was there for maybe 30 minutes and my experience was awful. I went to visit my boyfriend and give him medicine because he was sick, so I parked in the handicapped spot (because i have cardiovascular diseases that make it hard for me to walk). I was immediately shouted at for parking in the handicapped spot even though my sticker was obviously displayed in the window. Then when I was in the parking lot talking to my boyfriend, he told me that i couldnt speak anywhere louder than 60 decibels because his neighbor would scream at me for even existing in the parking lot and if i were to defend myself it would be my boyfriend getting in trouble. Finally, it was time to leave. My car was blocked in, so i asked a bystander, as nice as possible “is that your car”? He told me “no. it’s the mail ladies’”. I tried to be as nice as possible about it and i politely asked her “excuse me… is that your car?” immediately with an attitude she said “yes.” trying to remain cordial, i said “i’m just trying to get out but i think you kinda blocked me in”. She scoffed and said “just give me a second”. I waited in my car for her to move, and she did, but i pulled out and gave her a smile and a peace sign to show that there was no harm, no foul. She just glared at me. so yeah. that was my 30 minute experience at NextLoft. I feel sorry for those who have to live there.

Once here, they have been very helpful with helping me adjust and have quickly resolved any minor issues that may have arisen. I am extremely happy here as everything is nice and always working. The pool is my favorite spot and the gym has nice equipment. I would recommend.
