  Next loft is a joke there for a year my father passed away I still honestly believe my brother arranged that had a leak lady in the office said if u cause any issues I'll call them put u out your not on a lease thanx next loft I'm homeless that's ok I'm sure that'll be investigated with the fraudulent sale of my father's estate and I won't put down the rest

  Nice area quite only thing rent raise from 1190 to 1254? Like what I read my lease and was so confused about it how is one suppose to keep up with that with low paying jobs around here?

  I was there for maybe 30 minutes and my experience was awful. I went to visit my boyfriend and give him medicine because he was sick, so I parked in the handicapped spot (because i have cardiovascular diseases that make it hard for me to walk). I was immediately shouted at for parking in the handicapped spot even though my sticker was obviously displayed in the window. Then when I was in the parking lot talking to my boyfriend, he told me that i couldnt speak anywhere louder than 60 decibels because his neighbor would scream at me for even existing in the parking lot and if i were to defend myself it would be my boyfriend getting in trouble. Finally, it was time to leave. My car was blocked in, so i asked a bystander, as nice as possible “is that your car”? He told me “no. it’s the mail ladies’”. I tried to be as nice as possible about it and i politely asked her “excuse me… is that your car?” immediately with an attitude she said “yes.” trying to remain cordial, i said “i’m just trying to get out but i think you kinda blocked me in”. She scoffed and said “just give me a second”. I waited in my car for her to move, and she did, but i pulled out and gave her a smile and a peace sign to show that there was no harm, no foul. She just glared at me. so yeah. that was my 30 minute experience at NextLoft. I feel sorry for those who have to live there.
