  The community was really nice, but the tour my friend and I had was the worst of the day. The person who toured us (cant remember her name) seemed uninterested that we were there. We called a few days before to ask if we needed to schedule a tour and were told no, but when we got there we seemed to annoy her. When asked how the application process works, we were told to "just do it online and we'll let you know." Lastly, when we asked about a specific unit we saw online (a top floor two bedroom), she said "Oh you don't want that one. I will send you a quote for a better one" Are we not allowed to rent the one we want?? We'll probably end up renting elsewhere because this is not what we want to deal with daily.

  Everyone I’ve met is friendly and any needed service is always handled expediently! Can’t complain about anything so far which is always a good thing for me!

  We loved living here from 2018-2021 left for a different apartment complex and regretted it so much. Coming back to Parc is the best decision we’ve made. Love the complex, management and maintenance team! So glad we came back! Definitely worth the move!
