- TRTrinity RossOct 23, 20251.0I’ll start by saying the management is friendly, but they are horrible property managers. When we moved in, we were told the sprinkler would be fixed because it didn’t have a cover. It’s been 10 months and we even put in maintenance requests and it hasn’t been fixed. Our sink has been leaking for 4 days and I have now put in 2 maintenance requests, the first one we saw on our camera where a guy walked in and left a singular minute later. Still can’t even do dishes or cook. Our current rent is 1359 and the best renewal they could offer was almost $100 more. Yet they have our exact apartment posted online for 1312. I emailed them about this and of course haven’t heard anything. But yet it’s impossible for it to even stay what we pay now… We have had people bang on doors in the middle of the night and management does nothing. But if the pool isn’t kept exactly correct they close it and only have it open from 9-5 monday-friday. Why even have one, especially for the people that work? Amenities are lackluster. Management is poor. Maintenance is even worse. And rent is going to be increased for no reason and ignored when you ask to renew for the listed price. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different complex :)
