I had the pleasure of working with Max on a commercial real estate opportunity and he went above and beyond to help me understand the process and was more than patient with every request. Given my limited experience with purchasing commercial real estate, he was willing to hold my hand every step of the way. 10/10 recommend and will be back for the next commercial opportunity that comes my way.

Max Kinser helped us to sell a piece of land in a couple of years, that has been on and off the market for 40+ years while using other multiple real estate agents during that time. He is well versed in the local real estate market, collaborative, supportive and personable. We are out-of-state owners and Max provided information about the SC state requirements needed for a successful closing.
I was relocating my family to Anderson to start a Brazilian JiuJitsu Schoo, Renzo Gracie South Carolina and the McCoy Wright listing at 1632 N main st in Anderson SC.
I worked with Max and he only showed me spots relevant to what i needed. He knew I wanted visibility from the street, a fair price and the ability to modify the building as needed. We love our location. Max also referred us to our personal realtor for our home & that couldn’t have gone smoother and also referred us to an insurance agent as well. I can honestly say without him we would not be in the position we are in. I feel I could go on and on about how easy he made it. I consider him a friend at this point and we only met a few months ago. I dont know if it was luck or fate, but I am grateful for all he has done for me and my family. He wont let you down.

I'm sure all of their realtors are great, but we had the BEST experience with Max! He was patient with us, (as we often say we don't know what we're doing, haha), and we never felt pressured throughout the whole process. Max eventually found a space for us, and we love it. We are grateful for McCoy Wright Real Estate, and looking forward to working with them in the future.

I really don't understand the bad reviews this company has. They are honestly the BEST rental agency I have ever worked with. Gloria (who I believe is in charge of leasing residential properties and likely the commercial ones too) is wonderful to work with - she answers emails usually within an hour or less and answers all questions clearly and directly. Since my experience with them in 2007-2010, they are always my first choice when seeking new housing. They're also really great about providing personalized service - since I've been seeking a new home for myself and my child, I receive a personal email (not automatic business messages) about when a suitable rental comes available, and they remember the price range that I need. You can't ask for better service than that. And their rates are more than reasonable, and are about 15-20% lower than their competitors - anyone who has been actively perusing the rental housing market will see that. I believe this is why their properties get snatched up so quickly - they have clean, decent dwellings in great locations for great prices. They are also very caring and understanding when needed. You aren't made to feel like you're just another cash source. It's not just a tenant-landlord relationship - it's the only company I've dealt with that feels more like a partnership. Highly recommended!!
Edit - Did you notice that this company personally responds to each review, even the bad ones, with respect? This is clear evidence of their dedication to their business and their customers. Also, in response to one reviewers complaint about raising rents in the middle of a lease has never been my experience. Each year I stayed at the duplex on West Fredericks St. I would renew for a year - if you go month to month, there may or may not be an increase and if there is, it's very modest (mine was MAYBE $25.00? It might have been less than that, I don't recall) - every three years there might be a nominal increase due to housing inflation or at the home owner's request but this is standard property management practice. In my experience, there was never an unreasonable rent increase and I was notified of any changes that might have occured well in advance, sooooo A+ again! :)
