I made an emergency call and Stevie showed up and unlocked our door. He was so nice and understanding. Shout out to Stevie !!!

It's probably because the community only has ONE dumpster for the entire community and is always overflowing. And THANK GOODNESS we rented here instead of somewhere else that has working doors. Going on 6 months here and still waiting for someone to come replace several that don't work. Would not recommend. But the pool is nice in the Summer...soooo...
- BHBianca HerrinFeb 3, 20201.0BEWARE OF 2607--the upstairs neighbors are the WORST. They are extremely loud with consistent thumping and jumping along with heavy walking. It has been brought to the property manager's attention several times (so we've been told by others) with no action taken-'other than people buying out their lease. Cigarette ashes have been found on my patio set, their trash has ended up behind the bushes in front of our patio from them throwing their trash bags off the balcony, etc. Not only that bugs are horrible during the summer and the size has taken some getting adjusting to coming from woodwinds. Thought it would be better purchasing a package deal but better or not--it's definitely not worth paying this much to be miserable and being given the run around by management. If you decide to live here at the very lease read your lease carefully and get an upstairs unit.
