  Christine Farley was our realtor for the purchase of the property. It was a complicated, messy estate situation that took more than two years to unravel. She was a vital part of the process and was always ready to take on whatever challenges the lawyers threw our way. We kept in touch with Christine since the purchase of the house, knowing that we would ask her to sell it for us after the renovation. Her dedication and persistence during the purchase process was unwavering. We didn't consider anyone else. The property went on the market on a Wednesday, with open houses planned for both Saturday and Sunday. It was beautifully and thoroughly presented online, complete with drone photographs. We had an offer Saturday morning, and ended up canceling the Sunday open house. It doesn't get any easier.
