We had a very disappointing experience with this apartment management. We moved out after thoroughly cleaning the unit and leaving it in excellent condition. Nothing was left behind, and every area — including the bathroom, carpets, counters, and cabinets — was carefully cleaned to avoid unnecessary charges. Despite these efforts, we were still charged over $1,500 with no clear justification, on top of the $200 carpet-cleaning fee they had already required in advance. When we reached out to request a detailed, itemized breakdown of the charges, we were simply informed that the account had already been transferred to collections and no proper explanation was provided. They were quick to impose large fees on former residents without being able to itemize or substantiate them, which is extremely concerning. What made the situation worse was that we never received a bill by mail or any email notification informing us that there were charges due. No statement, invoice, or fee breakdown was ever sent, leaving us with no opportunity to review or dispute the amounts. When we later logged into the resident portal, we noticed the billing was posted on February 12 (Thursday), yet the account had already been transferred to collections by February 16 (Monday) — giving us virtually no time or notice to address the issue. We only became aware of the charges after receiving an email from a collections agency. The entire process felt predatory due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and the speed at which the account was escalated to collections without proper notice or documentation. It creates the impression that former tenants are being pressured into paying large sums without being given a fair chance to understand or question the charges. I would not recommend this property or any other properties managed by this company.

This apartment complex was very prompt with responding to any initial questions and setting up a viewing. The application process was very easy and the move in process was even easier. The property manager Rachael is great! The apartment itself is amazing, its in pristine condition and very cozy. The best parts are definitely the kitchen, which is quite nice with the island, and the in unit washer and dryer. It also has a large walk in closet and the bathroom is much larger than I expected.

Management is prompt, polite, and very helpful. An easy streamlined process for those looking to rent (transfered over utilities/addtess change/ payments). Building is very clean and with updated amenities. The apartments are cozy with updated appliances and nice finishings. Cable package I could do w/o but that's the only downside. Absolutely love the view on the back balcony .

I'm a new tenant here and so far it's going really well! The building and apartments are beautiful. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The balcony is HUGE. I haven't seen another apartment complex with balconies this large. Lots of dogs in this community which is awesome! While the dog park is on the smaller side, I don't think the dogs care lol It gets the job done and gives them somewhere outside to be off-leash. Rachael has been great, helping with any questions I've had and coordinating with Jeff to come by and fix the few small issues I noticed upon move-in. The location is awesome. It's in walking distance to Walmart, PetSmart, Lowes, Aldis, etc., and yet you still feel like you're secluded enough that the community is still quiet and peaceful. If you have an apartment facing the back of the building, you get a beautiful view of the conservation area/pond out back. Best of all, these apartments make great use of the space. It's so hard to find apartments with ample closet space. These apartments have lots of really good sized closets and some floorplans even have the laundry in the closet which is brilliant! I will update if anything changes, but so far, everything has been wonderful!

The apartment complex is exceptional—peaceful, luxurious, and filled with resort-style amenities. From Amazon Lockers and a 24-hour gym to a pool, elevator, valet trash service, and more. The clubhouse includes a Rec Room, TV, and free coffee. Residents enjoy complimentary 500MB internet, a lounge, spacious patios and terraces, and other thoughtful features. Our unit felt like a hotel suite: two bedrooms, an open-concept layout, granite countertops, a private washer and dryer, balcony, wood-style flooring, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. We were pleased to find a walk-in closet and extra storage—something we’d grown accustomed to in our previous apartment. The location is also ideal, with Walmart Supercenter, Stop & Shop, Target, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, CVS (open 24/7), PetSmart, Planet Fitness, Firestone, and a wide range of restaurants and other stores just minutes away. In short, the property itself deserves five stars. But I’m giving it one—because the welcome experience was unacceptable. On move-in day, I arrived with movers and deliveries from Bob’s Furniture and Cardi’s, only to be told I couldn’t enter because my rent hadn’t been paid. I offered my credit card, but the staff member refused, repeating loudly and insistently: “Sir, I will not let you in until you pay the rent!”—in front of a crowd of onlookers. This is 2025. Not accepting credit cards is baffling. She directed me to use a mobile app, but it took her half an hour to figure out which one—and even then, it didn’t work properly. Meanwhile, my movers were threatening to leave, which would’ve cost me significantly. I asked her to let them in while we resolved the issue, but she refused. This, despite the fact that they had already run my background check and knew I had a credit score of 797, which is excellent. I’m a responsible tenant, and they were aware of that. Her tone was aggressive, nearly yelling, and the way she looked at me felt familiar—like the kind of judgment I’ve experienced in racially charged situations. I won’t go into all the details here, but I felt deeply embarrassed and singled out. It wasn’t just about rent—it was about being treated with dignity. I could’ve paid the entire year upfront. That was never the issue. Eventually, someone on the phone instructed her to let me in and sort out the payment afterward. The movers entered. I immediately resolved the app issue, registered, logged in, and paid the rent. Later, the staff member apologized and thanked me for my patience. We’ve since made peace, and I do forgive her. She’s human, and apparently, it was her first day—practically alone. But that moment—the welcome—matters. It sets the tone. And no matter how beautiful the property is, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on how I was treated on the first day. So yes, it’s a great place. But if you’re Hispanic, be prepared: your welcome may not feel so warm. I wasn’t just inconvenienced—I was humiliated. I was judged and treated as if I didn’t belong, despite having a strong financial background and a spotless rental history. That moment stayed with me. It made me question whether I was truly welcome here, and whether others like me would be treated the same way. No matter how beautiful the property is, that kind of experience leaves a mark. And that’s why I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—not because of the amenities, but because of how I was made to feel the moment I arrived.
