  This was working with LUIS. I had the benefit of HIS 50 yrs experience as a realtor. This was my first time selling house alone. He spent time to get to know my need to sell and the next place I would move to. He answered all my questions (which were many), he was my resource and was a very patient presence throughout. Mr Luis returned every call back and kept me apprised on how the flow of communication was going w/ the buyer / agent every step of the way . Sold my House on March 13, 2026 after the second viewing. Luis is very knowledgeable of his area he serves and was able to get me community resources when the blizzard hit. I will recommend him to anyone! Joanna Gonzalez-Mulvey satisfied customer.

  Jeff Mateus provided amazing level of Professionalism, as well as a highly Personal level service and support. From the beginning, when he extended the courtesy to respond back to us regarding another firm’s listing, even when the listing agent, nor our previous "Realtor", bothered to, he has maintained extremely prompt and accessible communication, even around our difficult availability. Ever since we decided to work with Jeff, all of our previous issues have vanished. He always kept our interests in mind. He was always honest and straight-forward with us regarding all aspects of the search, pointing out the positives, and assuring whether any negatives were acceptable to us.
