We’ve been with Stonelink for over a year and have had a great experience. Response time is very important to me, and they consistently reply quickly and thoroughly. Geraldine is our property manager and she’s fantastic to work with. Frank helped us list the property and determine the rental price, and his guidance was much appreciated. Overall professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service by Geraldine Avalos. I asked someone to come service my wood stove fireplace. The fire-retardant material was worn, and I wanted someone to see if any repairs were needed. A very nice maintenance man came to service it, but told me he's never worked on a wood stove before. So all he did was vacuum out the stove; I could have done it myself. Pointless visit, then received an invoice for $104. The maintenance man never discussed what he was going to charge me during the visit. If we had that discussion, I would have said no, especially since he had no experience with wood stoves. When I reached out to express my frustration with the charge, I received an email from Geraldine stating that there's nothing she can do and that I need to pay the fee. I asked to speak to her manager about my concerns, she refused, even after I asked multiple times. She was condescending and rude, just kept repeating, "Again, the charge is non-negotiable." Repeating the same statements over and over does not address the customer's concern and comes across as dismissive and rude.

If Google allowed **negative stars**, Stonelink Property Management would still somehow deserve less. I’ve never dealt with a company that manages to be this consistently disappointing on every level. Starting with their **customer service**: the communication is not just bad — it’s shockingly unprofessional. Updates don’t happen unless I chase them down, and when I do, I’m met with attitude, dismissiveness, and rude remarks as if asking for basic information is an outrageous request. The lack of accountability is honestly insulting. It’s unbelievably disappointing to see a company operate with such little regard for the people who actually live in their buildings. Their **maintenance staff** only adds to the frustration. Loud music at 8 a.m., dirt and debris tracked through the apartment, stains left behind — it’s careless at best and disrespectful at worst. They cancel requests without completing them, don’t show up during the timeframes *they themselves set*, and force tenants to take time off work just because they can’t be bothered to secure units with pets inside. It’s hard to believe they consider this acceptable. One of the most infuriating moments was the **bird trapped in our vent** — something they didn’t classify as an emergency. Yet they somehow entered our unit to “fix” an issue we weren’t even aware of. Listening to an animal panic all night while being completely dismissed by management was beyond upsetting. We had to handle it ourselves because they couldn’t be bothered. Then came the **weekend renovations** that stole my parking spot and disrupted the only downtime I get after working full-time to afford this place. The complete disregard for tenants’ time and wellbeing is honestly exhausting. The **stove issue turned gas leak** was another disaster. They “couldn’t fix it,” and I ended up paying nearly $500 for something they still couldn’t explain. Their excuse? “It’s colder in the winter.” That kind of lazy, dismissive reasoning is exactly why dealing with them has become so infuriating. We also spent **a week without heat** and almost a week without **hot water**. Their solution was to hand me a broken space heater and suggest I buy my own. And even after telling them I wouldn’t be paying for heat I didn’t have, they still charged me. The lack of responsibility is unbelievable. The **fire safety issues** are downright alarming: no exit signs, expired fire extinguishers, no carbon monoxide detector, and no bedroom fire alarms. It’s not just disappointing — it’s dangerous. And the **cabinets**? Four total, with only two functioning. One drawer was literally plastic with a wooden plank glued to the front. That level of negligence and corner-cutting is honestly insulting. Overall, Stonelink has shown me nothing but disorganization, disrespect, and a complete inability to care about the people living in their buildings. It’s beyond disappointing — it’s infuriating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values their time, money, safety, or sanity.
