Where do I even begin!! This has to be my worst rental experience ever. Let’s start with the fact their communication SUCKS. You try emailing, try calling, nobody gets back to you as many others have said here. It’s like nobody does their job. These high ratings must be paid reviews because they are horrible. Please read their reviews on yelp, so you can see how terrible they are. I must agree they hire anyone as maintenance and I specifically heard of their maintenance complain about coming to my unit a couple times to fix things. Anywho, let’s talk about the real problem. I moved out due to continued mice infection in my unit. Told them several times about it and all they did was put a bandage on a wound and called it a day. I had to spend hundreds of dollars trynna get rid of these mice situation. Even my neighbor who was also renting with them started to complain about it and had advise me we should reach out to the health department. I moved out, it’s already way over 20 days and haven’t gotten my deposit back.
They sent me a fake email stating my deposit was issued and never got it deposited in my bank account. Then I get a letter from them charging me an additional over $1k for routine cleaning and painting. Something that shouldn’t be charged to a tenant unless there’s extreme damage in the unit which wasn’t the case. If you’re planning on renting with these crooks, just don’t. They are money hungry. I need my deposit back or I’ll see in court very soon.

Luis salinas and eslendy and Adrian are hard workers and very kind. They help me with things without even asking them. Every though there is a language barrier, they still communicate what they’re doing extremely well. I appreciate everything they did/do!

Excellent service from the Stonelink team technicians Oscar Grisales and Luis Salinas, under the coordination of Adrian did an amazing job repairing my unit they were professional friendly on time, and very clean with their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Big thanks to Stonelink for having such a reliable and dedicated team. Highly recommended

I'd like to give everyone who's helped so far a 5 start rating I believe there was a Leonard who fixed the doors and did the first pest control inspection, then Dan also Alejandro for being extremely communicative and then there was Luis Cruz who got the heat up and running after hours for me and my babies. Your team at stonelink is filled with phenomenal workers who show up on time and get the job done right. I appreciate all the help and patience that has been given to me and my family thus far.
