  Management at it's worse in my experience. They will withhold information for their own benefit, they don't respect nor care about the people living there. I sent multiple email, talked to the people in the admin office, no one answered despite confirming that they received the emails. If you looking for transparency, good service, and an open channel for communication, this isn't your place. Unfortunately I have to do a Lease transfer, and put someone else in the situation of dealing with them.

  Be advised that the management for this building is completely inept and does not properly care for the state of this building. - The water pipes burst in December and caused horrible flooding everywhere. - Floors 10 through 5 have had pharaoh ants present all year in which the management does nothing but chase after each unit only without taking care of any of the neighboring units as well, and half the time the exterminator just sprays and leaves without placing adequate baits. - The garbage chutes are set on a system in which only one person can open them at any point per floor based off an electronic button system, so if it's on no one else can use it until the chute is closed. Tenants often leave without properly closing the chute, thus leaving the rest of the floors unable to deposit their garbage properly. To that end tenants often just leave their trash all over the trash deposit room and wait for someone else to throw them out once the chute is closed on whichever floor it's been left open. - In the winter the sidewalks are not properly cleared so on some days it is genuinely dangerous to walk around because of all the accumulated ice all across the sidewalks around this cul-de-sac. It's not uncommon for people to slip and fall here. - Noise transmits very easily across floors, so if you have a noisy upstairs neighbor stomping, good luck. - There's not enough parking in this building for everyone, so if you sign up to this building you will have to put your name in a waitlist that could last for months until someone moves out. And God help you if you get the last level in the basement for parking next to the trash, because it is DISGUSTING there. Unfortunately Le Namur is a bad building in which lazy, inappropriate management ruins what could have been a good place. If you're looking for a place to live in, this place is not it.

  I have seen the administration recently being very hands-on, proactive, and efficient in finding solutions whenever challenges have arisen. Concierge services have also been present and act quick to remediate to situation.
