  Serious safety problem and shocking mismanagement. Tenants left to freeze for hours after a fire alarm ,no one intervened, no staff showed up, and emergency calls were ignored. Complete disregard for tenant safety. Do not rent here , anyone choosing this building is risking their life and comfort.

  I scheduled an appointment on a Saturdays and no one showed up! Later, someone from the customer service emailed me saying the leasing agent fell sick minutes before my 3h00pm visit. What bs customer service cannot inform their clients earlier in the day or have an alternative for the broker representing your company!! It’s a really bad look and bad customer service. I spoke with a tenant coming out the building and they said not to rent here because management is lousy, glad I got a taste before renting here. I don’t recommend wasting your time when nearby buildings offer better prices and by far better service!!

  STAY AWAY! I moved into this absolute joke of a building in November. It looks fancy on the outside, but don’t be fooled—the management is cheap, incompetent, and completely negligible. Two weeks before the holidays, with temperatures hitting -20°C, I had zero hot water pressure. After ignoring three maintenance requests, the handyman finally showed up only to tell me it 'wasn't urgent.' The truth? Management is just too broke to pay the extra fees for a real plumber. It gets worse. I have ants crawling inside my walls that they refuse to treat. Now, my ceiling has been leaking for over 48 hours. Their 'fix'? They taped up plastic bags to catch the water. I can’t even use my kitchen, and when I demanded to be moved to a different unit, I was met with total silence. Living here is like a Mr. Beast challenge, except at the end of the lease, you don't win anything—you just lose your sanity.

  "Highly recommend this building! I've been a resident since 2022, and the experience has been fantastic. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly. The building is always clean and well-kept, and the amenities like the are a great bonus. It's a quiet and secure place to live in a great location. A truly great place to call home."

  Centurion shows no respect for tenants. Following a serious water infiltration affecting several floors and units, repairs have been delayed for months, communication is vague or nonexistent, and they take no accountability for issues such as moisture, mold, etc. All they care about is raising the rent - they have the audacity to demand 7% increases and will take you to the TAL instead of negotiating - no matter the condition of your unit. Tenants deserve better. Think twice before signing a lease with Centurion.
