  "Highly recommend this building! I've been a resident since 2022, and the experience has been fantastic. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly. The building is always clean and well-kept, and the amenities like the are a great bonus. It's a quiet and secure place to live in a great location. A truly great place to call home."

  Centurion shows no respect for tenants. Following a serious water infiltration affecting several floors and units, repairs have been delayed for months, communication is vague or nonexistent, and they take no accountability for issues such as moisture, mold, etc. All they care about is raising the rent - they have the audacity to demand 7% increases and will take you to the TAL instead of negotiating - no matter the condition of your unit. Tenants deserve better. Think twice before signing a lease with Centurion.

  Horrific management (99% of the time), low quality apartments, stolen packages every day, no security, no prompt assistance, list goes on. The windows get cleaned once every 3 years if you’re lucky, agents don’t know what they’re doing, I had one barge in on me once with 0 notice. Do yourself a massive favor and rent elsewhere. I lived here for 4 years and genuinely cannot find one positive thing to say, ask anyone living there they’ll say the same

  Expérience extrêmement non professionnelle avec cette agence de location. Ils ne respectent tout simplement pas votre temps. J’ai pris rendez-vous pour visiter un logement, et personne ne s’est présenté — aucun appel, aucun message, rien. J’ai réorganisé ma journée et fait le déplacement pour rien. Si c’est ainsi qu’ils traitent les futurs locataires, j’imagine mal comment ils gèrent les résidents actuels. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

  Update: The owner replied a month later with an excuse that makes no sense. We scheduled a week in advance—plenty of time to coordinate. If access was an issue, why not inform us? Please don’t insult people’s intelligence. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had scheduled a visit to this building in advance and confirmed it days ahead. Today, in June heat with the temperature reaching 35°C (feels like 40), we showed up for our appointment. They told us the leasing agent wasn’t available and asked us to come back in an hour. After walking around in the 35°C heat for nearly half an hour, we got a call from the agent saying they weren’t coming at all and that we should return another day. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible. Don’t waste your time dealing with people who clearly don’t value others’ time or commitments.
