- RRRoAug 4, 20254.0i’ve overall had a decent experience here. hicham the building manager is very accommodating. parking is a nightmare though, there is a long waiting list for a spot and there are only 4 visitors spots and limited street parking, this address is not part of a sector for a residential parking permit. the buildings hallways and common spaces don’t seem to get cleaned often.

It takes like ages to have some broken stuff fixed, you have to aske them lots of time and they come to fix it after weeks or months.instead of giving $250 to referring people to rent from you take care of your tenants, so they won't leave after the first year
