  Ça va être notre 3e année au Six88 et, globalement, notre expérience est positive. Les gens qui s’occupent de l’endroit sont disponibles et font bien leur travail. Quand on a besoin de quelque chose, ils sont là pour nous aider. Merci à Mohamed, il est dédié à son travail et ça paraît qu’il se soucie des locataires.

  Excellent experience. The building management is professional and efficient, with special thanks to Mohamed and Sana for their constant support, attentiveness, and availability. Any issues were resolved quickly and with care. Highly recommended for its organization and responsiveness.

  The apartment is well located and property managers try to create a "community-feel", however, there are fundamental issues with this building that bi-annual TimBits or Shwarma gatherings won't solve. 1. The building reeks of unpleasant smells: dog urine in elevators and hallways (there has been 2 instances already of urine puddles being left), and garbage rooms are improperly ventilated and tenants regularly leave trash bags on the ground. The homeless also aggregate near the entrance during winter months, leaving human waste on the curb. 2. Loud music from Hang Bar (on the ground floor) continue into the late evening. 3. Maintenance issues, despite being built in 2018, this building has had countless water shut downs spanning days on end; the lobby has also had water dripping from "burst pipes" for weeks on end. 4. Building amenities are simply sub par compared to similarly priced apartments. Close proximity to neighbouring buildings means no privacy during the night. Dated intercom system doesn't let you unlock remotely or via mobile phone.
