  Would refrain from staying here. Facility is nice but when something breaks down, they have little care. They contract their workers externally so once they submit a ticket thats about everything they do. Last year my AC broke in Mid July. Came back a week later to a note saying they'd be back next week. I waited over 3 and a half weeks during the hottest days of the year before this was fixed. The temperature inside my house was above 30. Wasn't safe or habitable. When i asked about some compensation or a discount on rent during that period they simply stated, they dont do that. I had to order my own coolers. In one year and out the next is the best way to describe this complex.

  Since moving in back in August, this property has been nothing but frustrating. One of the baseboards in my unit has pet urine from a previous tenant and was simply painted over instead of properly fixed. I have been trying to get this addressed for months as the smell is quite foul and have been given nothing but excuses blaming contractors, being “too busy,” and now the holidays. I was told the baseboards would be fixed in end of November. They were never touched. Other issues that should have been handled before I moved in took nearly four months to resolve and weren’t completed until December. Management is extremely neglectful. There is no proper communication, unfortunately you feel like you’re chasing for answers. Emails often go unanswered, it’s nearly impossible to get a straight answer, and nothing is ever handled in a timely manner. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic cleanliness is honestly disturbing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache dealing with this management is exhausting and disappointing.
