- SMS MDec 23, 20251.0Since moving in back in August, this property has been nothing but frustrating. One of the baseboards in my unit has pet urine from a previous tenant and was simply painted over instead of properly fixed. I have been trying to get this addressed for months as the smell is quite foul and have been given nothing but excuses blaming contractors, being “too busy,” and now the holidays. I was told the baseboards would be fixed in end of November. They were never touched. Other issues that should have been handled before I moved in took nearly four months to resolve and weren’t completed until December. Management is extremely neglectful. There is no proper communication, unfortunately you feel like you’re chasing for answers. Emails often go unanswered, it’s nearly impossible to get a straight answer, and nothing is ever handled in a timely manner. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic cleanliness is honestly disturbing. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache dealing with this management is exhausting and disappointing.
