  What a good experience with Phil the sales representative at Glade Run! I did not expect to buy a home and was hesitant the day we went to tour the model, but Phil quickly made us feel comfortable and confident in what Ryan could offer. He listened to our specific concerns and addressed every single question with tons of patience! We never felt pressured, just assured of the process. What I like the best is how the team keeps you abreast of every step from financings through construction. Particularly the building process.. full disclosure of the construction with pictures and walk throughs- nothing hidden or covered up. Good warranties and communication were the selling points for me. I even met the construction site manager and everyone was just as friendly and open as Phil. I feel confident in our decision to purchase a new ranch home and appreciate everything Phil and Stacy ( financings expert!) has done to make this a pleasant and stress free experience.

  We purchased a home in Glade Run and had the privilege of working with Phil ‘again’. I say ‘again’ because my sister and her husband, my sister in law and her husband and my son all purchased homes in Arden Woods from Phil as well. He is exceptional, honest, and transparent. I would recommend working with him in Glade Run!

  After 33 years of marriage, my wife Mindy and I are building a new home for the very first time, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience we’ve had so far. From the beginning, Phil guided us through the sales, model, and design process with exceptional care. He was thorough, patient, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel enjoyable and exciting. He took the time to walk us through every detail and ensured we felt confident in each decision. At times he was aware of things that were important to us and took time to personally update us on status. As we transitioned into the build phase, Ethan has been equally outstanding. He calls us every week with updates, sends regular pictures while consistently taking the time to clearly explain each step of the process. No question has ever gone unanswered, and his communication and attention to detail have given us complete peace of mind.   We are so happy with our experience buying and planning our Ryan ranch home at Glade Run. Phil Molishus has made the process so easy…from choosing our model and plot to picking out finishes and add ons. We were able to do it in stages and think about the options in between meetings so that we could make changes. He was very patient and was able to answer all of our questions.   We just finished choosing the options for our Palladio ranch home in Glade Run. It won’t be finished until May, but we are looking forward to moving into our new home. Working with Phil was an awesome experience. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend working with Phil.
