  The initial phase of purchasing at Glade Run has been perfect. I worked with Justin Downs. He discusses every step, every option, every cost honestly and thoroughly. I wasn't hit at the end with any surprises and th builders incentives were mentioned right off the bat without me having to ask. I looked at a few communities that did not have me excited but this has. I will update throughout the process but Im expecting this to go as well as my first phase. Justin is not yr average sales person. Hes one of the good guys.

  I said I’d update my review after move in, so here it is. For starters, consider yourself absolutely blessed if you get Devin as your project manager. He is a delight to work with, answers any questions promptly, explains things thoroughly and is quick to have any issues fixed that you may find prior to move in. He made our experience great and painless. I couldn’t say enough good things about him. Rebecca, the loan processor from NVR was one of the greatest people to work with. This was our first time buying a home and she was so kind, easy to talk to and explained everything so that we understood each step. Ashley, our closing agent, was amazing as well. The whole team made this a very easy process. Honestly, easier than buying a car! Although the development is still under construction, it’s already very beautiful. Our home has great features and is cozy now that we are moved in. The surrounding area is very pretty as well. I think it’s important to understand when purchasing that you are buying a home produced quickly. This is not a “custom builder”. There will be some corners cut but nothing that makes the home uncomfortable, unsafe, or not satisfying. Overall, we are incredibly happy we chose Glade Run for our first home!
