- HFHannah FrederickAug 19, 20255.0I’ll update this review once we are in our new home and it’s complete regarding that. But I wanted to ensure I left a review reflecting the process so far. I couldn’t possibly ask for better people to work with through this process. It started with our sales rep, Joanie, who is an absolute delight. I never once felt pressured into anything, she explained everything thoroughly and honestly and helped us make all of the best decisions. She has been with us every step of the way and gives us the confidence we need through the home building/buying process. I really cannot express how fantastic she really is. Next, as far as the mortgage process, Skyler with NVR has been great. This is our first home purchase and we definitely made him explain things over and over as mortgage language is not our first language! He has never hesitated to go over things and explain them in ways we could better understand. Devon, our project manager has also been so kind and updated us with photos and emails so far along the way. We are blessed with a wonderful team overseeing this process and so far, it has been a great experience with every question answered promptly. Much, much easier than I anticipated building a home would be and that’s a big thanks to them.
