  We just finished choosing the options for our Palladio ranch home in Glade Run. It won’t be finished until May, but we are looking forward to moving into our new home. Working with Phil was an awesome experience. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would highly recommend working with Phil.

  I recently completed the purchase of a ranch-style home in the new Glade Run community. Although the build won’t be finalized until spring, I wanted to take a moment to note the outstanding experience I’ve had working with Phil, the Sales and Marketing Representative. Phil is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to thoroughly address all questions and concerns. Open communication, combined with his expertise in both the process and the product, is essential when working with a new construction builder—and Phil delivers on both fronts. He ensures you understand every option clearly and confidently. I look forward to working with the rest of the team as the build progresses. As a seasoned, licensed real estate professional in both Pennsylvania and Florida, I have a deep appreciation for individuals who perform and present themselves at such a high level.

  I had an excellent experience from start to finish with my Ryan Glade Run. From budget (no scope creep), schedule (on time) and weekly meetings things could not have gone smoother. Phil (sales) and Ethan (PM) were tremendous to work with. I would highly recommend them.

  As we were moving from CT, 8 hour drive away, the communication from Phil and Ethan were our main concerns, not being geographically close enough to monitor progress, we found the weekly check in by Ethan and photos of the progress to be very helpful and gave us full confidence of the building process. They gave us a tentative close date almost 5 months in advance which was spot on and allowed us to successfully sell our existing home in CT without a long wait to close in PA. We are enjoying the open concept main floor and with family traveling from 4 and 8 hours away to visit, the finished basement and additional bathroom will make a comfortable place for their families. Our view out the back covered porch of sunsets and fall foliage have lived up to the promise! We would highly recommend these homes.

  My husband I couldn't be any happier! This is our 4th new construction home and was by far our most pleasant transaction. Meeting Phil and Nick, touring the models, walking the lots, asking questions, (which they had all the answers or got they got the answers) they knew the product they were selling and were always available. The process was done in a timely proficient manner which made our decision easy. The stellar communication is beyond any we have ever experienced. Meeting Skylar and the process continued to be punctial and seamless. Ethan our project manager was always available, he was very knowledgeable about the building process and stellar communication was carried through the entire building process. Every Friday we received a call about the progress that was done that week and what we could expect for the following week. Our home was completed according to schedule. The entire team was exceptional. We are enjoying our Ryan home and the Glade Run Community!!!
