  This was one of my best experiences living in an apartment complex. It has been a bitter sweet feeling leaving, but we were blessed to be apart of the community there at Orchard Hills. Thank you for everything.

  Lived here from 2021-2023. Honestly I loved it. The building had some small faults, like you can always hear the upstairs neighbors walking, and you can sometimes hear people’s dogs barking. But that comes with apartment living! Completely not the fault of the complex, and I've never had a neighbor not be kind and reasonable. Maintenance was so insanely kind and quick. They’re happy to help with any issues and super respectful of your space. Any time I had to call management they were happy to help me out in anyway! The apartment itself was nice. We ended up moving into a house, but if I had to move back into an apartment, I would pick orchard hills again in a heartbeat! They keep their rent low and super reasonable for the area, and their maintenance and management teams are actually kind, personable and helpful!

  Lived here 5-7 yrs ago. The worst place I've ever lived, with the least professional or helpful mgmt (believe there were 2 during our tenancy). OLD bldgs. so know what that entails. Including, AC or heat not working for days-weeks. The unit was rusted and held together with duct tape.. We had to put in a window unit (thank goodness we had one, as one wasn't offered). Loved the cost, about $800 for a large place. However, if you dont like hearing what sounds like your neighbors coming through the ceiling, live on the 3rd floor. Even that comes with its issues. We were constantly harassed, threatened, and had to call to police on a the neighbor below MANY times. No resolution or assistance from mgmt. The psycho boasted to our neighbors what he was doing to us, nothing done, he would block our car in to scream profanities, tell us he'd kill us when we least expected it and so on. Accosted us in the hallway when we were coming and going.. he even almost burnt the bldg down,, while the tried to burst thru his door. I still suffer from ptsd from it from time to time. I hope the pregnant couple who moved in behind us did not suffer, without mgmt warning, the same fate. Good ridence!!

  Excellent place to live as a family the administration needs a course of ethics and interaction with people but the employees of the complex perform an excellent service in maintenance.
