We worked with Deana on the sales end and she was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The process for selecting all of our options was smooth and enjoyable, and so far the build has been smooth. We're excited to see the final product and move in!
- TDThomas DavisSep 4, 20205.0I am currently in the process of building a Radford home in this community. I absolutely love the model home which happens to be Radford as well. Community is beautiful and spacious. During the home building process, Heartland does give you a large variety of options to pick from. This is indeed is a great thing but at the same time, it also creates a challenging situation. It is extremely easy to get overwhelmed when you are surrounded by so many options. My advice is to keep a thorough track of all the changes and options you select during different stages of your home building journey. Deana is the Sales Representative I worked. She’s very helpful and communicative. My home is expected to complete in early 2021 so I still have some ways to go. Hopefully, everything goes as smoothly as it is now.
