  I wasn't looking to actively sell a rental property that my wife and I owned. But I mentioned to Todd Sell that if he came across the correct buyer that I would do the sale. He found the buyer and set everything up with minimal disruption to my tenants. This was key! I respect my tenant's privacy and so did Todd Sell. The buyer and I came to an agreement, and his family is the new owners of a wonderful property.
