- JLJim LennonMar 9, 20261.0Bought an “Executive” single NV home in West Chester PA. The home flooded the day of settlement due to leaky pipes. Holes in the ceiling with fans running while we moved in. The flooring creaks in most of the second floor. 3 yr old tile in 3 bathrooms cracked without anything close to rough use. Carpeted areas creak as well. All concerns pushed off as “settling” until warranty expires after one year. Would never buy another home from this builder. Horrendous value. Thank you for your note. The Customer Care team gave me the tile installation contractor and told me to contact them. They said if that didn’t work I need to call a structural engineer and get a report that reflects construction deficiencies. This is not the customer service you mention you’re interested in providing below. Why can’t someone from NV come out to take a look and provide some insight? Again, this was reported during warranty and I was told it was normal settling. Cracked tiles and severe creaking are not settling.
