Over the last year NV has repaired or fixed every warrenty claim to our satisfaction. I would recommend an NV Home. Love our 55+community.

Due to corporate transfers, this is our 16th home and 9th that was new construction. This has been the best experience. The sales staff (Holly is our rep) has been outstanding. The project manager (Dave) is the best we’ve dealt with. Closing was easy and remote using DocuSign. The neighborhood has been fantastic. With Covid restrictions we have not been able to congregate in person, but via Zoom and a FaceBook group page we’ve been able to reach out to each other for help, guidance and simply to share ideas and approaches. And, of course, we love the house. It’s everything we were looking for, and more.
