We can report that in both cases interaction was extremely professional and most importantly, trust worthy and supportive. We have been given all the time and attention we need and rank this the top experience we have had as this will be our 8th new home constructed. Also this will be the second NV home we have had built our first being in Upper Marlboro, Md. Hopefully an early January closing will have granted us continued top rated service.

The vibe my wife and I are experiencing is very positive, uplifting and energetic. This development is extremely unique for the Northeast US. There are similar developments further South but, like many others, we want to remain close to family and friends in the West Chester area. The model we chose is very elegant and has a very open floor plan which is very conducive for entertaining. Having a front and back porch creates even more living space to share with loved ones. This “ain’t your granparent’s 55 plus retirement community”!
