Located in downtown Washington, PA, Washington Arbors is a Project-Based Section 8 high-rise building designated for elderly and persons with disabilities. Each of our 100 one-bedroom apartments comes equipped with a large refrigerator, range, wall to wall carpet, air conditioning, and ample closet space. We have onsite management and maintenance, onsite laundry facilities, a large community room for residents to enjoy, and a Washington City Transit Line stop across the street. Washington Arbors is conveniently located in town and within walking distance of many local shops and restaurants, like Family Dollar, LeMoyne Community Center, Citizens Library, The Table, The Presidents Pub, and much more!
