  From the very first meeting, John was welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in helping my family find the right home. His deep knowledge of every step in the home-buying process gave us confidence and clarity from start to finish. John works quickly and efficiently, always finding solutions and cutting straight to what really matters. What truly stands out is his honesty and integrity—he never pushes for a bad deal or tries to “sell” you on something that isn’t right. Instead, he gives thoughtful, realistic recommendations and treats you with the same care and respect he would his own family, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Even when unexpected challenges came up, John kept the process running smoothly and made sure we always felt supported and informed. His communication is excellent—he’s responsive, available, and takes the time to explain things clearly. John truly goes above and beyond to ensure you get your money’s worth and a home you’ll be happy with.   As soon as my husband and I made the big decision of wanting to move from Pennsylvania to Florida, we knew John was the realtor we absolutely needed to have to get the ball rolling. John’s name and reputation is very well known, and we were to lucky to have him! He was actually the realtor we had purchased the house from, and he definitely left a great impression from first meeting him 4 years ago. This decision felt overwhelming at first, but John made it such a smooth and easy process, he was always positive and helped us stay calm through this massive decision. He went above and beyond to keep things on track and stress-free. He was always there to answer the questions we had, and kept us so informed on every step of the process. There were even times when I would call him and ask him somethings in regards to the house that I didn’t even know! John is so passionate about his job, he will forever have a special place in our hearts, as we were able to make the dream happen and now happily living in Florida. We’re so grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

  John or as we prefer to call him “Batman” is truly our superhero! As we made a difficult decision to move closer to family and leave a home that we built with blood, sweat, and tears, it was “Batman” who came to the rescue, but not with a bunch of fancy gadgets, with kindness, compassion for our situation, and a genuineness only a good soul could possess. After a roller-coaster ride of house searching, bidding, etc., it was Batman’s persistence and determination that enabled us to find our home. He demonstrated patience with us and brought comfort to a very daunting process. I read one review that said they would refer John AKA Batman a million times, I would refer him two million times, three million, seven million!

  John is a very excellent agent. He walked us through every step of the way. Provided tips on other places we could store our furniture and supplied the name of a good mover when it comes time to move to our new home. If we needed information or had questions on anything concerning the sale, he provided the answers. John is very personal. He helped us through a first-time sale for us. That was a big concern for us when we started. Getting the right real estate agent. He made the sale, and worries go away very quickly. My wife and I recommend John Fincham to anyone who needs to sale or buy a home.
