Our stunning apartment community was established in 2015 and features everything you need for modern living including gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, Juliet balconies, in-suite washer/dryer, 24-hour fitness center, a restricted access building with an elevator, complimentary outdoor parking, 24-hour emergency maintenance and handicapped accessibility. Our pet-friendly community welcomes cats and dogs with a 35-pound weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted and there is a one-time Pet Fee of $300, a Pet Deposit of $500, and $50 pet rent/pet, per month.
We are conveniently nestled in between I-79 and Route 19, 30 minutes south of Pittsburgh in Washington County off Racetrack Road. Live at the center of modern conveniences and entertainment with many delectable eateries just steps away from your front door. Primanti Bros., Bufords Kitchen, Whitehorse Brewing, Dunkin Donuts, Markook and JD Winery.
