Our pet-friendly community welcomes cats and dogs with a 35-pound weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted and there is a one-time Pet Fee of $300, a Pet Deposit of $500, and $50 pet rent/pet, per month.
We are conveniently nestled in between I-79 and Route 19, 30 minutes south of Pittsburgh in Washington County off Racetrack Road.
