Our pet-friendly community welcomes cats and dogs with a 35-pound weight limit. Certain breeds are restricted and there is a one-time Pet Fee of $300, a Pet Deposit of $500, and $50 pet rent/pet, per month.
We are conveniently nestled in between I-79 and Route 19, 30 minutes south of Pittsburgh in Washington County off Racetrack Road. It’s extremely distressing for me who is sensitive to louder noises, to my partner who lives with me, and to our cat. She will hide under the bed all day from it when it goes off. Don’t move here unless you want your ears to ring all day from the fire alarm.
