  Good community to consider if you're looking for an apartment or townhouse to rent. Spacious, clean, with access to pool, gym, clubhouse and restaurant on-site. Ingleside golf course surrounds the community if you are a golfer.

  Love the area and community. Working with the leasing office crew and maintenance has always been smooth. Only complaint I have is with neighbors getting away with claiming they own parking spots in the townhomes. Seen far too many incidents and have been apart of a handful of them and it’s still an issue, despite it being reported numerous times. I or my guests avoid said spots to avoid any confrontation which in turn is encouraging the behavior. Other than that, been here almost 6 years and I really do love living here.

  Some people in the townhomes think they own the first come first serve parking spots. Will hoot and holler and cuss you out to move, with also threats of towing your car. It’s in your lease, people. You only have the spots in front of your garage. Anything else is first come first serve. Stop being so entitled. As for the leasing office, please take into consideration that these people are being beyond rude to people who are following the parking rules. No one wants to deal with irate neighbors who think they own everything. Please enforce knocking them down a peg for the sake of others. Responding to the response from owner: I have mentioned this several times about neighbors being extremely rude about the first come first serve parking spots. It’s disheartening that some people really have to experience this all the time, even guests. Sending an email or posting a flyer on doors will help spread the word so everyone is aware of the rules.
