- JJJunior5 days ago4.0At first it was hate but now I admire the apartment. Yeah it’s got stains and trash but I’m from the city so nothing new in that category. The view of the area is amazing and the club house, pools and hot tubs are some good quality Amenities. I even had an internet issue that was troubleshooted in person by a nice tech. Thank you for the pizza

The student workers in the clubhouse do the most that they can but the upper-level manager has no idea what they are doing. When we moved in there was mold in multiple areas as well as cigarette burns on carpets in nearly every room. Multiple doors are damaged with no fixes. I live on the 3rd floor, and my shower only stays warm for about 7 minutes and sometimes it doesn't get hot at all. All these problems and somehow the internet is the worst thing about it. Started off working well, then turned into not working at all. I have been unable to do my work on many occasions, which is very important as a student. The property itself is nice but with the inability to fix issues, I will be finding better options.

Pool: Filthy, Open for one week in August, never open again Insulation: None, rooms leak heat, multiple holes everywhere Oven: Glass is broken Ice Maker: Broken Cabinet: Deformed Door: 1 with a hole, 1 falling off the hinges Floor: Fake, peeling off everywhere, stained Locks: Half don’t work Outlets: Half don’t work Windows: No screens, Bad Install, Leaks heat Manager: Never Fulfills Word, Not Attentive Chairs: Half are deformed Outside: Trash Everywhere Money is literally being stolen from me. I would never live here again. Terrible management, terrible maintenance, no accountability. I’ve never seen such a terribly run establishment. Plus they ran “giveaways” and didn’t give away half the prizes. Should be a crime to continue this maltreatment without rent adjustments or actually improving the place. This is student housing and I can’t do any student things here without getting sick (mold) or losing connection (internet).
