  Met with Jingqi on Saturday and gave me and my wife along with our son and answered all our questions. She was very patient and even took the time to give us tour. Looking forward to work with her and her manager on a new lease!

  DO NOT BELIEVE ANY REVIEW ABOVE 1 STAR. I couldn’t understand how this place had any good reviews until I saw comments saying that management allegedly offers food in exchange for positive reviews. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. There is not one single good thing I can say about this place or its management, they are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. When I first moved in, the unit was disgusting. The carpets were covered in stains, the bathtub still had someone else’s hair in it, the sofa smelled terrible, the kitchen counters were greasy and stained, and there was even an onion peel from the previous tenant still sitting in the cabinet. To make things worse, the balcony screen door was ripped off and just thrown on the balcony, the balcony lock didn’t work, and neither did the window lock in the living room. I asked repeatedly for the apartment to be cleaned. After several requests, all they offered me was a gift card to rent a carpet cleaner myself, because “they had already tried to remove the stains but were unsuccessful.” Spoiler alert: the stains came out on my first try. And just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, their cheap and careless management decided to hire what was probably the cheapest contractor they could find to do roof repairs. Unsurprisingly, the contractor left open holes in the roof, right before it rained for two days straight. The result? Massive flooding throughout Building B. Maintenance woke me up three times that night (at midnight, 3 a.m, and 4 a.m) banging on my door and coming into my apartment to check the damage (the only time I didn’t open the door myself, they got into the apartment and left all lights on and the door unlocked). The nightmare didn’t stop there. For weeks after the flooding, random workers were entering my apartment daily, sometimes without even knocking. The hallway leading to my apartment looked like a demolition zone, full of debris and mold (see photos). This place is an absolute disgrace. Management is unprofessional, unresponsive, and completely careless about tenants’ safety or comfort. They do the absolute bare minimum to avoid being sued while squeezing every last dollar they can out of their tenants. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the stress, the health risks, and the disgusting living conditions, go literally anywhere else.

  If I could leave negative stars, I would. Do not walk, RUN from this place. Will leave a more detailed review when I have the time, but wanted to get this on here asap incase anyone was on the fence. Literally any other place will be better and add years to your life.

  For those who consider to move in but still hesitate. MAKE SURE YOU READ THOSE 1 STAR REVIEWS. They are ABSOLUTELY SO TRUE! Or simple tips, see how many heart the comments get, they are real reviews. Heat issue: No heat is provided in late October in those day the outdoor temperature is around freezing temperature during the night. I’ve been living here for 3 years, this heat issue never happened until this new manage team take over the property. I wrote 2 letters regarding lacking of heat in the building, and the manage team keep answering “Sorry for the inconvenience , they are switching the coolers to the heater.” But they’ve been taken down the cooler system in early September, and it takes more than a month to boil water for providing heat? Are they really feel sorry for the inconvenience they cause? Clearly NOT! Not mention they still charge you OVER USD 70 as monthly utility fees. Laundry issue: They took all the laundry offline in the building and notified you THE NEXT DAY. So the residents have to bring all their laundry to another building to clean their laundry, not mention that the outdoor temperature is getting low. I wrote the email to ask when will the Laundry room will be back in the building. NO REPLY, NO ANSWER. Elevator issues: They will complete the work order and leave the condition the same. One of the elevator in our building has been not working for more than a month. I submitted the work order, and the system indicated that it is “completed”. In reality , the broken elevator is still not working and it’s been another few weeks. FOR THOSE WHO are considering to move in, make sure you are not moving in because of the online tour or the demo room looks nice. That is just a demonstration. In reality, non of the unit looks that clean and neat. Lastly, Instead of putting effort to satisfy the tenant’s needs, they put more effort on offering people small food or gift to leave the rating.
