- PSPaloma ShandorFeb 27, 20264.0I have a beautiful apartment, but it faces into a courtyard. I can see very little of the sky. Most of the apartments have windows facing an interior courtyard. It is not ideal. It is something like Blade Runner… But the management is very kind, and the apartment community is just a five minute walk to the Montour Trail.

Both are exceptional and have been very responsive to my inquiries or service requests. They care about the maintenance of their property (both inside and out) as I was about my own homes prior to moving here. I looked at many properties before moving into The Flats and I am happy that I made the absolute right choice.

Maintenance was always super quick to address issues. They even showed up the day after New Year’s to response to a problem I submitted on the holiday. The apartments are modern and spacious with amenities one would expect from this type of apartment. The only reason I moved out was to head for a warmer climate!
