  I’ve lived at The Grove for about a year now and I’ve enjoyed my time here. The apartments are really nice and the amenities/services have been great. Dylan, on th maintenance team, has been a huge help in fixing/tending to any maintenance requests I’ve filed and gotten them looked at in a timely manner. Overall I’m happy with it and plan to live here for a least another year.

  Lived here for about two years and the gate has probably worked 2 months out of the whole time. Hired security but 99% of his time he spends sitting in the back of the apartment complex where nobody goes unless they live there. Why not sit in the front where you can see everyone coming in? Maintenance is great when they decide to come which can be around a day, two weeks or they never show up and it will say your work order is completed. People don’t pick up their dog poop in the winter. Phones have been down for so long you can’t ever call and if you do it is an automated robot. They were changing their mailbox so once I didn’t get letter mail that was from five months ago. Along with lost packages with no explanations. They host events but do not send an email beforehand, only the day of so supplies will run out in minutes with no time to plan to go. Has cockroaches that they didn’t send anyone for or even try to get in contact with us. Multiple units have had horrible water damage that we were told “just happens” and no one has tried to compensate us for. I would really think about the grove before you decide to live here just for the “social atmosphere”. Most good reviews are left on here because residents get gifts for writing a review.
