  Great apartments in a great neighborhood. The management does an excellent job.I'm taking care of the property and it's tenants. Starting my fourth year here.

  I’ve been renting with spring valley apartments for a few years now and the company takes good care of their tenants. Reagan specifically has been such a help! She is a new manager here and is such a great addition. We are transferring into one of their two bedrooms now and Reagan has made the process so stress free and truly goes out of her way for her tenants. Any time we have any issues they are resolved immediately. Living here has been very pleasant, I do recommend.

  My grandmother and I have lived here going on seven years this August, and Reagan (manager) and Tony & Gerardo (maintenance) have always been super helpful, kind, and timely with all of our requests and needs! Most recently, our tile started falling out of the shower wall and they promptly redid our whole shower, as well as replaced our bathroom sink faucet without even asking! They’re also always so sweet with our dog Bumi and we appreciate that.

  Ive been living here 3 years now, after a surprise separation. Its been outstanding since day 1. Any issues I may have, Reagan is on it right away and the maintenance men are at more door sometimes too fast lol. Every single interaction has been positive, even when sometimes my complaints may be petty. All I can say is Ive lived in places where I payed much more to live and the service was horrible, this place they actually do care. Anyone who has something negative to say, may just ne a negative person or have personal issues. But its definetly NOT because of Reagan or the maintenance crew.

  I’m going on 3 years at Spring Valley. Couldn’t be happier. First time I’ve lived in a complex. Reagan and the maintenance crew are absolutely the best. Things get done very promptly when you have an issue. They are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend living here.
