- LElinda edwardsFeb 4, 20265.0My daughter built a home in the Ryan Homes Twin Oaks Plan and her experience was wonderful. Any issues were immediately addressed and the neighborhood grew into a wonderful community. I looked at the homes there but they were just too big for my husband and I. One day I saw the sign for the ranch homes and immediately started researching them. We met with Joan O'Toole and she showed us the quick move in home and we fell in love. The finishes were beautiful inside and out. Joan let us look at the home with no pressure to buy. The timing was perfect for us and we bought it. We are so looking forward to not cutting grass or shoveling snow. All our calls to Joan were answered promptly and professionally. We are so excited to see our neighborhood grow and become a community of friends.
