- BSBrianna SheenApr 2, 20264.0The building is very well maintained by the maintenance and cleaning staff. Bill is awesome! The staff in the main Walnut Capital office are great and you can tell they genuinely care about the tenants having a good experience. The units are spacious and the views are great. It’s a very accessible spot - easy to get into squirrel hill or onto 376. The power goes in and out with bad wind, and this causes the elevators to sometimes not come back online right away, but they fix it quickly (like within hours or less). If you’re not on floor 1 or 2, you would need to be ok with rarely having to use the stairs. The fire alarm system has been an issue going off at false alarms but they did a lot of work on it and fingers crossed it seems fixed. Overall there will be issues like any rental but they always handle things quickly and they take your requests and feedback seriously. This is a good spot and I would highly recommend renting here overall.

The unpaid parking lot fills up and it can be hard to find a spot, so I appreciate that I can pay for a parking space in the lower half of the lot. It's a pretty nice place to live!

The building is secure and clean. And the grounds are well kept and plowed during the winter. All of the above makes Walnut Towers at Frick the best choice for me!! Love it!!
