  ~this is the short version to my horrors at nob hill, but the stories I could tell you!~ I moved to Nob Hill April 2024. Come February of 2025 I came home one night to a cockroach crawling all over my kitchen table. I immediately alerted the office. I was told that I could’ve “brought it in” or sometimes when it gets cold out they “come inside”. After seeing the one cockroach in February I continued to see them frequently throughout the week. They were then beginning to infest my apartment. I told the office I wanted something done immediately or I would seek legal action to terminate my lease.After agreeing that this issue was only escalating they removed me from my unit immediately and into another unit on the complete opposite side of the building. First weekend was great. Till I saw a dead cockroach in my front entrance near my apartment. Then one day while doing laundry I watched one crawl across the walls in the halls. The amount of cockroach sightings I had was so frequent that I legit would’ve been contacting them several times a week if I complained each time.However, instead of cockroaches being an issue in the new apartment they relocated me to, the issue was not having hot water in my shower! From April 2025 (when I moved to the new unit) all the way up to the end of my lease I contacted the office 1-2 times a month with maintenance claims telling them my shower was lukewarm at best. On Thanksgiving weekend I sent them a email about how I am tired from the back and fourth + the blatant lies that my shower had been “fixed”. When I went to check the portal for documentation of me contacting them (which was 9+ times btw). They were no where to be found! I waited for a response for over a week. The response didn’t come from them answering their email it came from me seeing a roach on my wall, which pushed me to walk myself down to their office for someone to even acknowledge my email! The excuse for not answering my email was due to being “busy”. I demanded to terminate my lease. As it is listed in my lease- if repair hasn’t been made within 7 days, you may terminate your tenancy and exercise other statutory remedies. Security deposits & prorated rent will be refunded as required by law” I was told this wasn’t an option because “if we do this for you we will have to do this for everyone.”The property manager admitted to testing out the shower and saying “yeah, it is lukewarm at best but we’ve tried everything”. This was not a broken door this was me not having A HOT SHOWER! I was told that the cockroach issue would be looked into + the exterminator would be coming out to treat my apartment once a week. My hot water never improved. The exterminator that I was told would come out only happened once. I had a dead cockroach in a sticky trap for about 3 weeks so I reported them to the health department. The second time I was paid a visit from them was because the health department told them they had to after visiting my apartment. Then never again. What upset me the most is when I was raising questions originally I was being made to believe that it was ME causing this issue. I was made to feel like I was a lunatic or an inconvenience for even being angry about it! The apartment building itself smells horrendous.The pool was lovely! Minus the older women who went down to the pool everyday and would sit there and loudly trash talk every resident who walked in, make rude comments about what the residents are wearing and try to boss everyone around while screaming at us. They would full blown harass all of the children who would come in and do what children do in a pool. PLAY, SPLASH, JUMP.They would complain and make comments about people going into the pool with their HIJABS on and state that it “isn’t allowed”. Their behavior was appalling. Also; forget sitting in their seats, you’ll get looked at with nasty looks all day!If you want to maintain mental sanity, cleanliness, and a safe space to rest your head at night I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

  It's a very nice place, with plenty of parking space. There is good security and it's near to good schools and shopping outlets.

  I’ve had a wonderful experience here (resident for about a year and a half)! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and maintenance has been on top of it the few times I’ve placed requests. The amenities (gym, pool, laundry, community room) were a big factor in my decision to move in, and the events put on make it really feel like a community rather than just another apartment complex.

  Staff is always quick to respond to any issue, rent is reasonable. Some neighbors are tough to deal with.

  Let me be frank, the community speaks for itself quite, friendly and the staff i mean recently I raised a maintaince request and just within 30 minutes I got the resolution such a quick response and friendly people all around and I feel like I am with a very polite and friendly community!!
